It seems that anyone caring for an aging parent, spouse or elderly loved one works twenty-four-seven. But there’s only so much one person can do. The reality is they need some down time – at the very least they need a good night sleep.
When the time comes that someone needs so much help that their caregiver can’t sleep then a change is needed. The idea of a change means different things to different people. This podcast will discuss this issue and some things to think about if you are in that situation.
