For some people staying at home is the best (and sometimes only) option.  For others, staying home might not be an option (or desired).  There isn’t one right or wrong answer as to what arrangement leads to the best care and the highest possible quality of life for your loved one.  The best care for your aging parent, spouse or elderly loved one is the care that is best for them – whatever that might be – and what’s possible for you – the caregiver.  No one should feel guilty because they can’t provide a certain type of care for their loved one – everyone is doing the best they can.

I hope this helps and I hope everyone is confident with their loved one’s care – no matter how and where they might be receiving it.

Thanks so much and all the best!

Casey
