Sometimes people won’t sign decision making documents like powers of attorney or living wills because they are worried they will lose the ability to make their own decisions once the documents are in place.  That isn’t true.  In this podcast I discuss that issue and dispel that myth.  Hopefully, after listening to this episode, everyone will be comfortable knowing they retain their ability to manage their affairs after the documents are put in place and now be willing to create these documents.
